Full-Body Class

Description: Each workout will target all areas of your body such as chest, upper back, shoulders, legs, arms and core

Benefits: Experience full-body workouts and get fit from the comfort of your own home. Full-body workouts increase energy demand and burn more body fat

Requirements: Mat, Phone/Tablet/Laptop

Core Blast Class

Description: Work your core with a variety of exercises that target the upper & lower abs, obliques, lower back and the pelvic floor, etc.  


Benefits: Strengthen your body from the inside out. As your core gets stronger, you'll notice everything else does too. A strong core stabilizes your spine and joints so that you greatly reduce the chance of back or joint pain
